The Edge

Social Outreach

Advancing Justice and Peace

Service to the Poor and Needy.

Saint Mary's is involved with outreach to our local food pantries.  There is an ongoing food-drive held year round. We serve the Hortonville, Dale and Appleton Food Pantries.  You are welcome to contribute with goods or by Financial gifting.

The fundamental

Right to Life.

Saint Mary's is committed to sharing the truth of Human Life from the moment of conception through the dignity of natural death.  Through our evangelization of local abortion facilities to our support of maternity homes and crisis pregnancy centers, we strive to live out this call to promote justice and peace.

The Dignity of

the Human Family.

Saint Mary's is commited to advancing the dignity of the human family and the rights of children.  We strive to empower the family to be the primary formators of their children and to promote the voice of the family in the public square.

Feel free to take some time and explore our Saint Mary's website. It will help you fill in those gaps that may have been missed in faith education of years past! We not only offer you great Catholic content, we offer you content for your "everyday life" needs. Information you can use! You can find out facts about our parish, such as mass times and information on parish groups. You can also read Catholic content from around the world. You can even study the Bible online. We address your "everyday life" needs to. You can read the daily news, check the weather, manage your finances, and shop online. You can send free greeting cards, engage in discussion forums, find a new job, and meet a new friend. This is your one-stop destination for all your Internet needs. Will you make us your home page? You'll get the information you need to manage your life, as well as spiritually enriching material. Making our portal your home page is a great way to support the parish. And please tell your friends. We would love to have them visit the site (and our parish too)! God bless you!

Our church
The Church of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception is a relatively new building. The church structure was built in 1989 and is a blending of the best of old and new. A brief survey of the interior of the church will reveal that many of the pieces come from earlier structures. The stained glass, tabernacle, crucifix, statues, stations and holy water fonts all find their origin in an earlier time from the life of the parish.

The Real Presence of Christ...
... under the veil and appearance of Bread.

Catholics hold close to the Truth that the bread of Mass, after it is changed into Christ Jesus... never changes back. We are invited to come and sit with Him and pray near to Him. Indeed all the world could not contain God but He chooses to be found by us, to dwell among us, to be truly Immanuel, God with us.

Praise be to God!!!

Father Mark and the entire staff welcome you!
